- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish that there were a lower rating than 1 star. The "lady" that did my tax returns was extremely rude and not accommodating at all. First she asked "Why did you wait so long to do your taxes", then "do you always wait until the last minute to do your taxes". Once I produced my documentations, she stated that if I expected her to go through that "it isn't going to happen" The associate's name is Beverly Bower and she has to be one of the most bitter people I have ever done business with. Now, I need my information and she is keeping all of my documentation hostage until payment, mind you, they are guaranteed payment from my returns. Needless to say, I will never go back to the one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever visited. By the way, she has actually rated her own company.
