  I always go to this UPS Store - they are always super helpful and friendly. Katie helped me today with shipping labels for my visa application, and it was a breeze. Everything worked out! Very quick and easy.

  It's my Favorite Part of my workday! Don & Renee, along with their complete staff are Awesome, They should give lessons are Great Customer Service, no matter how busy the atmosphere is always pleasant! Everyone goes above and beyond a place where The Customer truly is most important!!!!!!

  there were 2 reps in the store the one time I came in- one was on the phone taking care of personal business the other was helping another customer- I expected to wait a few minutes but its not a great business practice to do personal business while at work. The lady was working on her insurance company and getting quotes- instead of helping customers- the highlander point UPS location gives superior service. They treat you like you are their family!

  I've been coming to your store for the past 3 years. Whenever I come in everyone is always very personable, professional and friendly. I recently locked myself out of my car. I tried to find my Triple A card but it was not in my wallet. I was able to get help anyway. I remembered showing Katie my Triple A card for the discount for a service. I apparently laid it down on the counter or dropped it. I came in today and Katie had found it and put it away for me. She also had my Social Security card that I'd left also! I was so relieved that it was at the store and I really appreciate Katie putting them in a safe place until I returned! I really appreciate her doing this for me!
