- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Your first clue is that this appraiser covers 12 counties. More than likely they wont know your area very well. I don't think it matters to them because they're just about the money. They don't do good work. That's pretty evident by how they described the property I was going to buy. Got square footage wrong, number of levels wrong and used comps that were older and farther away than even they say is acceptable on their own report.
